We enjoyed doing Alive After 5 at the Knoxville Museum of Art. Look for us this year to be there again!An American Night was a benefit dinner for the Cerebral Palsy Center. Rockin' music and great food!The interim Mayor Brown stopped by to eat with the city fleet services at their annual Christmas lunch.It was an exciting night at the IceBears 1st Annual Allergy Night in March. We went to the fight and a hockey game broke out!We look forward to doing it again next Spring! The next week we were at the 3rd annual Gluten-free Vendor Fair at Chilhowee park. What a turnout!The attendees were so excited to see so many options and our food was a big hit!Family Learn and Play DaySept. 11,2010

The 2010 GF Vendor Fair was a smashing success! We had over 800 people come and sample all the great GF food that is out there today. We hope next year's event will bring an even bigger crowd as we allow vendors to sell their wares as well as give samples!

It was a beautiful start. Unfortunatley, the rain showed up and the remainder of the day was a soogy mess. Many people still braved the elements to see Rossini vendors and opera teasers. And the kids loved to play in the puddles. But I dare say the vendors, tohugh courageous to the end, were dissappointed. Maybe next year we'll have better skies!

Our first cake contest winner! For the anniversary of the Star Spangled Banner our Red Velvet cake was the winner!
